1- All villas which we rent
belong to private owners :
Our villas belong to different
private owners and as such specific
conditions may be attached to them.
All the villas which are listed have
been selected by us on the basis of
their location, natural beauty and
comfort with a view to make your
holidays memorable.
2- Our villas are all
located at sea frontage :
Most of our villas are situated at
sea frontage next to the beach. Some
villas which are located on the
second row have a direct access to
the beach without having to cross
the road.
3- The villas beaches are
not private :
As per common practice in Mauritius,
the villas beaches are not private
i.e., public has access to it.
However, in general, these villas
beaches are quiet and peaceful.
4- All our villas are rented
with their personnel :
All our villas have at least one
maidservant who does the household
chores, laundry and ironing. Very
often, they also do the cooking. At
times, this is included in the
rental price. Such information is
depicted in the relevant file of
each villa. Some of the villas also
offer the services of a cook and a
gardener while babysitting services
are provided by our dedicated agents
upon request.
5- Functions of our
dedicated agents :
They welcome you at the airport or
at the villa. Prior to your arrival
they visit the site and ensure that
everything is conformed to our
quality standards. They are at your
disposal for any request, booking or
problem. They will confirm your
return leg air tickets. They can
provide auxiliary services such as
car rental, organization of outings,
water sports, diving, fishing, etc.
6- Reaching our villas
:
We recommend that you avail yourself
of our transfer services from the
airport to our villas and back. This
will save you from inconveniences
for searching the villas especially
after a long travel. If you have
booked a car through our office,
this will take you directly to the
villa.
7- Toiletry :
The toiletry materials are indicated
in the relevant file of each villa.
However, in general, all linen items
such as bedsheets and towels are
provided.
8- Choice of site :
The choice of site is made based on
your requirements. The Black River
region is suitable for fishing and
surfing, Blue Bay which is more
windy in winter is for boat surfing,
Grand Gaube in the Northern region
provides a more peaceful environment
for those preferring a quiet
location. Trou aux Biches is for a
more lively atmosphere while Belle
Mare, Trou d’eau Douce and Poste
Lafayette offers beautiful beaches.
9- Security
For security reason, it is
recommended that doors be kept
closed, not to allow trespasses and
not to leave precious objects in
cars.
10- In case of sickness or
accident :
In case of accident and sickness,
our dedicated agents will advise and
direct you to appropriate medical
practitioners and pharmacy.
11- Our organization

utmost best for your holidays to be
memorable.
