There are 10 apartments in total spread over 3 blocks. The apartment "Sunset" is situated on the 1st floor of Block A. It forms part of Esplanade Beachfront Apartments – A4.


Indoors

Set right on the beach on one of the rare last plots of seafront, the Apartment covers an area of 155 m2 designed with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area offering a spectacularly wide-angled coastal scenery with the added bonus of a no less scenic rear view onto the landmark Tourelle hill.

The Apartment is fitted out to the highest technical norms and finishing standards going as far as all major electrical appliances, household textiles and linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.

Outdoors

The pool is common to all apartments. Each apartment has a hut and two sunbeds on the beach.
The barbeque is not in the Apartment but near the pool and beach. There are 2 huge Gas Webers available for the guests. This is a lovely area found under big trees with wooden tables for barbeque usage.


Staff and services

There is a house staff from 8.30am to 12.30pm every day except Sundays and holidays. 
Extra services (supplement) : Organisation of boat catamaran trips and land excursions around the island.


Location

Sunset Lagoon is located on the west coast of Mauritius, in the Black River region between Tamarin Bay and Le Morne beaches. It is just over an hours’ drive from the SSR airport. Tamarin locality is a fast growing spot on the west coast of the island. Together with the fishing village of Black River, it has become the most up-market coastal residential region sought for its modern yet easy-going life-style. Nothing is missing in this best-of-both world: leisure, adventure and sports activities abound for anyone who wishes to ensure a fit and active outdoor lifestyle. The shopping is great with selected international and local fashion within 5 minutes from the apartment.

Within very close proximity, you will also find 2 European style supermarkets, wine shops, butcher shops, chemists, a family doctor, Medical Center, petrol stations, a police station as well as a Tourism Information Kiosk.

Black River is a well-developed region, very touristic and well known for its incredible beaches and Crystal Sea. The shopping is great with selected international and local fashion; the dining is good, quality or relaxed.
