Indoors

Located along a beautiful stretch of white sand in Trou d'Eau Douce, this villa designed by architect Jean-François Adam is decidedly welcoming.
The villa itself is equipped with all modern conveniences.
You will appreciate its large, comfortably furnished open-plan living area and its fully equipped kitchen.
The bedrooms, which are spacious and well appointed, will offer you a peaceful environment to relax in.


Outdoors

The villa is located on a large playground, perfect for outdoor activities and family or friends’ entertainment.
You can enjoy the summer veranda facing the sea and the winter veranda with garden view and heated pool (10m x 4m) protected from the "alizées" winds.


Service and staff

In addition to house staff (housekeeper, house cook), the villa offers you a very distinctive hotel service to allow to fully enjoy your vacation : breakfast, concierge service, kids club for your children...
A dedicated concierge is available and can be contacted at any time.
The house staff generally consists of a housekeeper and a house cook (sometimes the same person). This staff works from 8am to 2pm.
A home chef service (at an additional cost) is also available.

Below are details of inclusions and services with extra cost :

THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES :
- Continental breakfast (served directly at the villa from 9am to 11am). An English Breakfast (or Signature Breakfast) is available on request (additional cost),
- The house cook can prepare simple meals. His working hours are from 8am to 2pm,
- The services of a dedicated villa manager. The house concierge is available throughout your stay to answer your questions and organize your stay.
- A daily cleaning service, 
- Welcome and bath products,
- Access to the facilities (restaurants, spa) of nearby 5-star hotels (in liaison with the concierge): Le Prince Maurice, One and Only Saint Géran, Shangri-La, Constance Belle Mare,
- Kids club: A supervised activity service at the villa (or in outdoor activities) from 9am to 5pm for children aged 3 to 12.

FOR YOUR MEALS:
You can choose between a half-board or full-board service offered by a home chef who takes care of everything and prepares delicious fine cuisine for you.
Alternatively, you can ask the house cook to prepare your meals (house cook available from 8am to 2pm - additional hours available on request and at extra cost). In this case, you do the shopping yourself. A grocery delivery service is available (from €70 per delivery, plus the cost of groceries).
