In summary

This villa of 150 m2 can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and it has all the ingredients of a beachfront villa.
Despite not being directly on the beach, a private access allows one to enjoy the beach of  Merville Bay, which is only a minute away on foot.
This villa is perfect for feeling at home, enjoying the beach, the sea and relaxing by the swimming pool in an idyllic peaceful location.

Outdoors

On the terrace, you can enjoy the swimming pool (with security fence) with beach chairs around it, a dining area for 8 people, perfect to enjoy a good barbecue. 
You will find a lounge area under a covered veranda.

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children welcome
- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Très belle villa. Je conseille aux gens de venir.
Moi, tous les ans, je demande à avoir cette villa pour mes vacances et je ne regrette pas.
De plus, la femme de ménage est très bien et souriante.

Le site est très bien et pour mes vacances à l'île Maurice, je réserve toujours avec Villanovo.
Pour cette année, la piscine était sale et c'est vraiment dommage. De plus, beaucoup de moustiques et je pense que c'est dû à l'eau qui stagne dans les herbes qui se trouvent derrière le mur de la piscine.

Le cadre est bien
Il faudra penser à mettre une pancarte à l'entrée de la route car difficile de trouver la villa jade.

Overall the Villa was good; the highlight was the maid service provided. Fiya the maid was excellent, she worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. A very well stocked kitchen.
Villanovo has been efficient and very helpful.
Although the pool was cleaned on a Wednesday in practice it was necessary to clean the pool daily. This gave a poor first impression when we arrived on Sunday as it was evident that the pool had not been cleaned for sometime. Certain areas of the villa were 'tired looking' and in need of some refurbishment.

De beaux espaces extérieurs, La décoration et l'aménagement des chambres, salles de bains et cuisine sont très correctes. L'électroménager et l'équipement de la cuisine sont très complets pour une location de vacances. La plage accessible pour les résidents est située à un des meilleurs endroits de Peyrebère. C'est notre seconde réservation avec Villanovo et les interlocuteurs sont toujours disponibles et efficaces.
La maison est un peu loin de la route principale pour des résidents qui n'auraient pas de voiture. En cas de location de voiture, prévoir un petit format car l'espace de stationnement est très petit et les manœuvres sont délicates. La proximité des autres petites villas attenantes peut être un inconvénient en terme de bruit (ce qui ne fût pas notre cas puisqu'elles n'étaient pas toutes occupées).
