This villa of 150 m2 can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and it has all the ingredients of a beachfront villa.
Despite not being directly on the beach, a private access allows one to enjoy the beach of Merville Bay, which is only a minute away on foot.
This villa is perfect for feeling at home, enjoying the beach, the sea and relaxing by the swimming pool in an idyllic peaceful location.

On the terrace, you can enjoy the swimming pool (with security fence) with beach chairs around it, a dining area for 8 people, perfect to enjoy a good barbecue.
You will find a lounge area under a covered veranda.

Staff & Services

The price includes a cleaning service (maintenance of the villa, Monday to Saturday).
Services on request (with supplements) can also be offered, such as: Creole meal (Rs. 450/meal) or the services of a home chef (on request: shopping and preparation of menus).

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager

- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.

- Pool has no swimming guard

- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Maison vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée.
Au niveau de la situation de la maison, vous allez bénéficier d'une plage très intimiste à une minute de marche. Le plus, demandez à votre guide ou accompagnateur de venir vous chercher et ramener sur votre plage après avoir visité les 3 îles et déjeuner sur place. Le soir, le coucher de soleil sur cette plage est magnifique et change tout le temps selon les nuages
Barbecue weber, mazette !!! Il a servi quasiment tous les jours.

Un grand merci à Villanovo : François, et à Carolyne sur l'île Maurice pour leur attention et leur aide !!!

La piscine est très correcte pour 4 pers. En l'occurrence, à 2 comme nous étions, c'est très suffisant
Emmenez votre tel dès que vous sortez à pied la nuit.
Une petite pancarte devant le portail ou un plan plus détaillé pour la trouver serait le bienvenu, car il n'est pas aisé de la trou et.

Great location, good neighborhood, very close to nice private beach, excellent and efficient welcome service.
The villa itself exceeded our expectations as to size, planning, layout ect and was stocked with everything we could possibly want.
Cleaning, laundry cooking service- impeccable

Villanovo is an excellent high class reliable service provider

Actually nothing but can suggest some small improvements:
Instructions as to how to use t.v and appliances
Instructions as to potability of local water (Tap)
Shower drain cap removal ( caused stoppages until explained to us)

Très belle villa. Je conseille aux gens de venir.
Moi, tous les ans, je demande à avoir cette villa pour mes vacances et je ne regrette pas.
De plus, la femme de ménage est très bien et souriante.

Le site est très bien et pour mes vacances à l'île Maurice, je réserve toujours avec Villanovo.

Pour cette année, la piscine était sale et c'est vraiment dommage. De plus, beaucoup de moustiques et je pense que c'est dû à l'eau qui stagne dans les herbes qui se trouvent derrière le mur de la piscine.

Le cadre est bien

Il faudra penser à mettre une pancarte à l'entrée de la route car difficile de trouver la villa jade.

Overall the Villa was good; the highlight was the maid service provided. Fiya the maid was excellent, she worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. A very well stocked kitchen.
Villanovo has been efficient and very helpful.

Although the pool was cleaned on a Wednesday in practice it was necessary to clean the pool daily. This gave a poor first impression when we arrived on Sunday as it was evident that the pool had not been cleaned for sometime. Certain areas of the villa were 'tired looking' and in need of some refurbishment.

Situation (à environ 100 m de la plage et à 2.5 km du centre de Grand Baie)
Qualité de la construction et des équipements intérieurs (lits, équipements de la cuisine, linge, TV, climatiseurs ...)
Gentillesse et efficacité de Fiya (qui faisait le ménage tous les jours hors dimanche)

De beaux espaces extérieurs, La décoration et l'aménagement des chambres, salles de bains et cuisine sont très correctes. L'électroménager et l'équipement de la cuisine sont très complets pour une location de vacances. La plage accessible pour les résidents est située à un des meilleurs endroits de Peyrebère. C'est notre seconde réservation avec Villanovo et les interlocuteurs sont toujours disponibles et efficaces.

La maison est un peu loin de la route principale pour des résidents qui n'auraient pas de voiture. En cas de location de voiture, prévoir un petit format car l'espace de stationnement est très petit et les manœuvres sont délicates. La proximité des autres petites villas attenantes peut être un inconvénient en terme de bruit (ce qui ne fût pas notre cas puisqu'elles n'étaient pas toutes occupées).

Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter par VillaNovo!! Très bonne adresse pour louer des villas
