The villa is part of a luxurious private estate situated in the coastal village of Poste Lafayette in Mauritius.
The property harbours, in utter privacy, two separate villas both facing a stretch of pristine beach skirting a turquoise idyllic lagoon.
The villas are of Balinese-Mauritian architecture with Balinese/Zen interior decoration offering 550 square metres of living area, including beach/pool terraces and seafront garden.
Villa Tiara is a luxurious 5 bedroom house. All bedrooms are fitted with king/queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning.
Tiara can be combined with its 'sister' 3-bechoom villa Almira located in the same domain.

Note that we can add up to 4 extra single beds in the extra 6th room in this villa.
Indoors
5-bedroom villa - 550 sqm which can accommodate a maximum of 14 people (adults or children) plus an infant under 2 years. All rooms are air conditioned and have a ceiling fan.
The 550 m2 property notably includes a spacious living room that extends onto furnished terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, a private pool, hammam, and a tropical garden. Tiara has a 6th room that can be used as an office or converted into a guest room.
The TV Room is fitted with satellite TV, DSTV (English), Movie Surround System and Blu Ray DVD Player.
The villa offers full office facilities and free wifi throughout the villa.
The ground floor comprises a living room, two dining rooms - one interior, one exterior, fully-equipped kitchens, a beach-facing verandah, a private swimming pool as well as outdoor showers.

Neglected maintenance of small things, like leaking bath plug in main bedroom bathroom, because of missing seal, some light switches that are worn out and loose, thus not user friendly, one aircon in lounge not working, the tv channels not available as advertised, some drawers in kitchen very smelly, as though they need a spring clean, some drawers in main bedroom smelling of urine, so we didn't use them ( not that we needed to, there was so much space)
Also the chef's kitchen needs a major spring clean, as it smells of months of superficial cleaning, and everything is slightly oily. Some kitchen utensiles are too worn now ,and need to be replaced.
I would recommend the villa, once all maintenance is done, because for the price it needs to be perfect.

Bonjour, séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa mais le transport aéroport villa n'est pas à la hauteur de vos engagements tant sur le plan de la sécurité (siège enfant non arrimé et non adapté à l aller et au retour) que du chauffeur pas très compétant qui risque de s'endormir ( attention aux accidents) lors des ralentissements.
Schéma électrique compliqué ( trop d'interrupteur).
Éclairage piscine pas assez présent ou ne fonctionne pas. ( surtout côté fontaine).
Le séjour est à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions et même plus grâce à la compétence du personnel et surtout d'Anna et Sunita. Anna et Sunita sont vraiment très disponibles et attentionnées. Extrêmement gentille et discrète. Le personnel de maison est également d'une gentillesse et d'une patience extrême avec les enfants ce qui compte beaucoup pour nous.
Le linge de maison est parfait, le soin apporté par le personnel est parfait également.
Le personnel de maison est disponible à tous moments et brillent par leur gentillesse.
Machine à café en panne, roues de bicyclette percée, pas de récepteur tv dans toutes les chambres, canalsat ou canal+ ne fonctionne pas, machine à laver en panne.
