In summary

This beautiful house is located on the beach in Belle Mare on the South East coast of Mauritius. The sea bath is superb at this location!
The standard capacity of the house is 10 people.

The house offers an area of ​​200 m2 on the ground floor and 150 m2 upstairs.
The house can accommodate 10 persons.

Service and staff

House staff from 8am to 11pm (1 staff + 1 staff if more than 4 occupants)
The house staff can cook meals daily (breakfast, lunch and diner) and they can also shop food for you (extra charge of 50€ per shopping session)
We can arrange a full board option if you prefer for an extra cost od 65€ per day per person (advance notice is required)

- Electric bikes are available
- The house provides a motorboat for 1 sea trip for 7-day rentals and 2 sea trips for 14-day rentals at the special rate of €300 per trip (compared with €600 under normal circumstances). The boat, which is right in front of the house, will enable you to discover the lagoons and beaches of the island.
- Water skiing / Sea fishing: package 200 euros for around 2 hours (including boat, fuel, skipper, equipment)
- Please note: The boat is available from 1 September to 30 April. The rest of the year the boat may be unavailable for winter storage and maintenance (availability to be checked with the owner).

Note

If you choose to occupy only 3 bedrooms in the house, the upstairs section of the villa is closed.

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children welcome
- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Très belle villa avec beau emplacement et très bon staff.

Facilité d'utilisation du site Villanovo, les photos montrent bien la réalité.
Une fois sur place, la concierge de Villanovo est venue nous rendre visite pour assurer que tout se passait bien.
Les transferts aéroport ont été bien organisés et étaient les voitures étaient confortables pour la taille du groupe.


Pas de parasols vers la piscine et problème de climatisation au salon qui a été réparée.
On aurait aimé que la villa manager soit plus proactive dans l'organisation d'activités.
Communication un peu compliquée au début pour connaître les tarifs des repas mais une fois en contact avec la villa tout a été clair.

Localisation et maison impeccable avec tout ce dont ont avait besoin pour passer des vacances merveilleuses.

Agence sérieuse et processus de réservation facile.
Équipe à l'écoute, bon accueil sur place et suivi de la concierge de Carolyne qui était disponible pour nous aider avec ce dont nous avions besoin.
Rien à signaler, tout était parfait.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The pool area and outside areas are great and well kept. The beach loungers and pool sitting areas are well kept and comfortable. There are always clean dry towels which is great.
The upstairs rooms should have their own coffee station for mornings so they don't disturb the other guests down stairs. (if whole house booked.) The bedroom lighting in the bedrooms downstairs could be better. The power dips a lot so maybe some surge protectors might be good.

La situation géographique exceptionnelle, la décoration intérieure, la propreté, mais avant tout, la très grande qualité du service (ménage, cuisine, service...) : tous les mauriciens travaillant dans et pour la villa sont extraordinairement gentils, discrets, prêts à tout pour que nos vacances soient réussies. Ce sont eux qui rendent cette villa encore plus exceptionnelle.

The layout of the house was perfect for our party, which included 2 young children. The location on the beach was ideal and, along with the canoes, paddle board and use of the boat, there were buckets and spades etc for the children to use. The staff were excellent and we felt completely spoilt! The fully catered option was brilliant with us having the children, so there was no hassles trying to get out to eat. We just advised who would be around at lunchtime and staff catered accordingly. One of the staff members was on the beach from 8-5 which reassured the parents in our party if the 2 boys were to wander there unnoticed. The pool was clean and again pool noodles etc were provided for the children. The use of the boat to go on snorkeling and fishing trips directly from the villa proved very popular.

Villanovo has been a good site for booking our Mauritius holiday.
Nothing, only having to leave!!
