Indoors

The living areas give direct access to the terrace thanks to the bay windows. They are full of natural light and allow you to have some fresh air during the day. The interior is modern and warm. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with your eyes on the beach.

Outdoors

This villa gives the feeling of being in paradise : you will enjoy tranquility, intimity at the beach, that is just in front of the house with its turquoise water. You have a swimming pool just for you with desckchairs in the garden to get a tan. You have an outdoor table, perfect to enjoy summer meals and the spectacular view over the ocean.

The staff

Maliga looks after the housework and cooking,
Working hours: 9h - 13h from Monday to Saturday.
She prepares breakfast + one meal a day (lunch or dinner to warm up)
She can work overtime - on request : 4 € / hour during the week and 8 € per hour on Sundays and public holidays + taxi to pay her.
She can also do the shopping (shopping list to provide / service counted as extra hour + taxi to settle)

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

The villa was spectacular. The staff was wonderful and contributed directly to overall satisfaction with our stay. The views from the bedrooms were beautiful. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay.

There was no hot water for showers in the evenings.

Séjour quasi parfait. La maison est admirablement située. Il n'y avait quasiment jamais personne sur la plage donc ultra privatif.
Personnel de maison adorable et bonne cuisine familiale créole et européenne. Ménage quotidien impeccable.
Les chambres sont très confortables.
Le salon et la terrasse extérieure sont très agréables.
Je recommande.

The Villa is located in one of the nicest areas of the island. She is perfectly protected against the sometimes strong winds and waves coming along the coastline and with the shallow water in front of the Villa it is fantastic for holidays with kids. Having said this, the kids loved the pool most.
All rooms were perfectly clean.
The combination of paintings, furniture and carpets is modern design and shows the good taste of the owner. We liked it very much.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms are well organised, with a lot of space. Beds were perfect. No complains from anyone.
Staff/Service: The Ladies were very friendly and competent. Villa was always cleaned up.
Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner were well prepared. We let the Ladies decide what to eat/buy and they came up with very tasty dishes meals made with local food.

Villanovo did their job well and supported, whenever needed.

We missed the air-condition in the living room.
It is not needed, when you leave all the doors and windows open.
But due to Mosquitos we some days had to close doors and windows, in which case it became quite hot in the room.

Loved everything about the Villa - really great location, very comfortable and the ladies looked after us so well. Maurice - the concierge was really helpful when we experienced the Cyclone...
Villa is super for our family... perfect.

We did not dislike anything - all very good
The lady who checked us in was nice - but she couldn't wait to leave - so she did not really show us what we needed. She also wasn't very responsive on text. Maurice was the one who assisted us during the cyclone.

Can you ask the owner to get egg cups for boiled eggs... and a potato peeler. Only 2 things we thought was missing from the villa.
