Room 2
Room, Ground level. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 baby bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, fan.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 twin beds 90 cm, 1 baby bed. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.
The villa can accommodate two babies thanks to its portable crib.
 

Indoors 

The villa has a thatched roof and a picturesque lime kiln, giving it an exceptional character and undeniable charm.
This well-equipped house of 315 square metres offers large and bright open living areas. Guests will find a pleasant dining room, two comfortable living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with eating area.
They can also appreciate the four air-conditioned and ventilated bedrooms of the house. Three of the bedrooms are very spacious and have en-suite bathrooms with toilets. The fourth bedroom has a separate bathroom with separate toilet.

Outdoors​ 
The property has a pleasant 2110 square metres garden with many trees. Fenced on three sides and open to the lagoon, it offers guests a direct access to a white sandy beach via a stone staircase. This beach, which is rarely visited, offers an idyllic setting for guests. Swimming and snorkelling are pleasant in the lagoon. Indeed, as the lagoon is narrow, it is free of motorboat traffic.
Guests can also enjoy the villa's saltwater infinity pool (6.8 x 3.5 m - min. depth 0.75 m, max. 1.4 m), the comfortable dining and lounge areas of the tropical garden.
As the garden can be lit, it is possible to appreciate convivial dinners outside. Travellers will also be able to admire the moonrises over the sea, which are splendid.

Staff & Services

The helpful and smiling housekeeper of the house offers her services from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm (she is off on Sundays and public holidays). Speaking Mauritian Creole, French and English, she will be able to advise guests and go with them to the supermarket in order to help them find the products she will use to prepare delicious meals with local flavours. Among her many specialities : Bryani, octopus vindaye and fried noodles.
The price includes a daily housekeeping (from 8 am to 2 pm Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) and preparation of one meal per day worked (shopping paid for by the guests), pool and garden maintenance, bath amenities (small soap in each bathroom on arrival) and pre-stocking of the villa with basic necessities.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request), such as additional housekeeping or the preparation of a second meal.
Tips are at the discretion of the hosts, we recommend 5 euros per day worked.

Villa Amaiti is located in the east of Mauritius, on the coastal road of Poste Lafayette. On this wild coastline, travellers will find renowned hotels such as Le Prince Maurice, Le St Gérant and Le Belle Mare Plage. 
La Maison d'Eté is 200 metres away and the Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa 750 metres away.
The 18-hole golf course of Ile aux Cerfs is 30 kilometres away and kitesurfers will find a spot only 1 kilometre from the villa.
