The property is a combination of two villas that are neighbors. The first villa is smaller and has three bedrooms, a garden and a swimming pool. The second, much bigger has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a garden and a swimming pool as well. Both of the villas have a direct access to the beach, located just in front of the big house. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends, you will spend peaceful and unforgettable holidays in the two villas.
You can rent the entire property (2 houses - 9 bedrooms), or the 6-bedroom version (large villa only).

Bedroom 9 is located in a guest house in the garden.
Indoors
Despite the fact that you will spend your holidays in two villas, there is enough space in the bigger one to all gather and spend your holidays together.
Villa Elina I is tastefully decorated : the white walls and the refined style contrast with the pretty coloured touches of the decoration, the furniture and even the ground in some places and give to this home a friendly and cosy aspect. The villa is also very ventilated thanks to the large French windows which allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature even when you are inside the house.
The ground floor is composed of the living area : the equipped kitchen and open floorplan which also includes a table to sit 8 people. In the other part on the ground floor, which makes an "L" shape, you will find the relaxation space and dining room, including tables and chairs as well as several benches and armchairs to relax with family or friends and enjoy the stunning views of the Indian Ocean.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs.
Villa Elina II has a spacious living room that opens completely onto the exterior thanks to large bay windows letting in the sea air. As the dining table is in the same room, you will enjoy the fresh air while enjoying your meals. The kitchen, fully equipped and with large spaces, is located in an adjacent room. You can admire the beautiufl view of the sea directly from this room as well.
In the garden is located the guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom, accessible from the garden.
Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and they share two bathrooms. The last bedroom is located on the first floor with a private terrace and sea view, with a ensuite bathroom.
Outdoors
For relaxing moments in total privacy, Villa Elina I features an outside private swimming pool of 7m x 4m located on the side of the villa and a stone/wooden terrace with deck chairs for sunny days.
On the wooden deck part, a table with chairs is also at your disposal to enjoy delicious dinners under the stars.
The garden of Villa Elina II is undoubtedly very appreciated by the children and for the happiness of all, view on of the ocean. You have a direct access to the beach. You can also enjoy the long swimming pool next to the guest house, with the deckchairs around it and the several lounge areas to truly relax during your holidays.
Staff & Services
In addition to house staff (housekeeper), the villa offers you a very distinctive hotel service to allow to fully enjoy your vacation : breakfast, concierge service, kids club for your children...
A dedicated concierge is available and can be contacted at any time.
The house staff generally consists of a housekeeper who works from 9am to 1pm.
A home chef service is included in the half-board and full-board packages.
