The villa was recently built, it is very attractive and very good value for money: tastefully decorated, comfortable, indoor and outdoor lounges. You can enjoy a lounge and an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace.A new pergola and beach dining table with 2 benches for 12 seatings has been added.
Linens and towels are provided. The services of a housekeeper, a cook (breakfast and lunch) and a gardener are also included in the rental price.

Pool can be fenced on request (vertical poles and net) - Be careful with the kids (responsability discharge)

Bedroom 2: A/C, twin beds, 90cm x 200cm, bathroom with shower, separated WC (shared for the 2 bedrooms)
Bedroom 3: A/C, twin beds, 90cm x 200cm
Bedroom 4: A/C, twin beds, 90cm x 200cm, bathroom with shower, separated WC (shared for the 2 bedrooms)
All twin beds can be adjoined to offer double beds - On request.

First floor
Bedroom 5: A/C, sea view, Queen size bed, 180 x 200m, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath

​The villa has 8 rooms, including five bedrooms. 
Two rooms are in the wings at the rear of the house, around a patio. 
There is also a separate kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.

Staff and services

Rental rates include the service of a maid and a cook from 8:40am to 14:30pm, from Monday to Friday. Our cook will prepare excellent breakfast and lunch. If you wish her to stay longer and prepare dinner, we will ask you to pay her directly for the extra hours (Rs 100/ hour - 3 € per hour approx. + taxi Rs 150 around 4€).
On Saturday, 2 maids will be present at the villa from 8:40am to noon.
Sunday and holidays: upon request at extra charge (around 3€/hour)
