The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, an utility room and a living room with couch and chairs with direct acces to the covered terrace

The villa is equipped with bars and screen doors, an alarm system and surveillance cameras.


Outdoors

The villa has a furnished verandah, a small pool at the front of the villa with access to a large garden. The sea is a 1-minute walk away.
At the rear are the parking spaces and an electric gate with access to the main road.


Staff & Services

The maid (Anette) works Monday to Saturday (except holidays) from 09:00 to 13:00. She is responsible for the cleaning, ironing and she can cook if needed (not shopping). Each extra hour is at a rate of Rs 130/hour (around 3€).
The gardener comes 3 times a week and the pool maintenance is once a week.


Location

Villa Petite Kombava is located after the Royal Palm in the North and before the Merville Hotel.
Central Grand Baie, the Croisette: 15 minutes walk - 5 minutes by car.
The supermarket is within a 5 min walk by the road.
