Indoors 

This 450 square metres house has very pleasant interiors.
Guests will enjoy the comfortable living room, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the massage room.
The villa offers five beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (3 en-suite and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom), comfortably accommodating ten guests.


Outdoors​ 

The property has a lovely enclosed garden of 2,000 square metres.
Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool and the covered terrace with seating and dining area.
Access to the beach is only 200 metres from the house and a golf cart is available for guests to easily move between the beach, the hotel and the villa.


Staff & Services

The price includes daily housekeeping (daily maid service until 3pm), full end-of-stay cleaning, golf cart, concierge service, arrival kit, access to two floodlit tennis courts, as well as access to the hotel's beach and pool.

In addition, guests will enjoy access to the nearby Heritage Golf Club for a very attractive price, 10% discount on the hotel's restaurants and bars, discounts on the spa (20% from 9am to 1pm and 10% after 1pm), access (subject to availability and extra charge) to the non-motorised water sports activities (windsurfing, dinghies, canoeing, pedal boats, paddle boarding, snorkelling, etc.) of the adjoining five star hotel.

The villa can also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services on request (with extra cost) such as massages at home, the services of a driver, baby-sitting, various water sports activities, access to the hotel's gym and Kids Villa, the supply of tennis equipment (rackets and balls)...

On request and at an additional cost, the villa can also offer the services of a home chef (present at the villa all day from 8.30am - breakfast - to 11pm - dinner). The chef will be responsible for drawing up the menus, proposing them to you for approval, doing the shopping and preparing and serving all meals. Only the cost of food purchases will be extra (on presentation of the receipt).
The price for an in-home chef is based on a maximum of 8 people. If there are more than 8 people, the services of a sous-chef will be required.

The property is ideally located in a magnificent domain of about thirty villas, in the south of Mauritius, between Bel Ombre and Chemin Grenier.
Travellers will be only 200 meters from the sea and 5 minutes from the Golf of Bel Ombre.
They will have access to a multitude of activities in the area : two tennis courts on the estate, water sports, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, kite surfing, sailing, swimming with dolphins in the open sea, a day on an islet with barbecue/lunch on the beach...
