Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Maison très agréable, avec des grands espacés et vues magnifiques
Le service de cuisinière était très bien et les repas ont pu être adaptés sans problèmes à nos besoins.
La villa est bien placée et on peut trouver plein d'activités tant pour les adultes comme pour les enfants.

Échanges rapides équipe de Villanovo à l'écoute.
Le lagoon n'avait pas beaucoup d'eau mais si non rien à dire de négatif par rapport à la villa!

Villa is excellent, well located and equipped with god amount of living space

Maids were very helpful particularly Lorna

Villanovo were very good on times we have used them.


Pest control was very poor . The garden needed fumigation regularly but no evidence of it. As a result despite two good tables in the covered outside area we could not eat either breakfast or dinner outside because of the mosquitoes. Elsewhere we have seen that local fumigation works..

Also during the early evening a mouse ran through the Villa. We were not convince gate porter took this aspect of his role seriously

We loved everything, but especially all the staff. Both maids were wonderful and we had great conversations about families, children and life in Mauritius, while we fattened up the night watchman with servings from our evening meals and had fun trying to converse with lots of hand signs. On top of that the house was fantastic with lots of room and spaces to escape to.

No complaints with Villanovo. The booking was problem free and all questions were answered in a timely fashion.

We had a fantatstic time at this beautiful villa. The house, the calm, the location, the beach (there were so few tourists that it seemed to be a private beach), the surroundings, and Nathalie who prepared fantastic dinners - thank you so much - were perfect. It's rather hot in March, but we enjoyed the heat and the refreshing baths in the beautiful pool. The description and the photos on the webpage are very accurate.
There are some nice restaurants and a grocery store just minutes away (walking distance). Nearby le Morne, the South and Flic en Flac have the most beautiful beaches. Black River Gorges National Park is half an hour away and offers good hiking oportunities.

Maison avec très belle vue
Attention, dangereuse si vous avez des enfants ! Piscine non sécurisée et très proche des accès maison (-de 50 cm d'une porte d'accès) et de la terrasse. Le terrain n'est pas délimité par rapport à la plage et une chute de 2,5 mètres est possible et en limite de la terrasse. Si vous avez des enfants cela nécessite une surveillance de tous les instants peu en adéquation avec un séjour en vacances. L'électricité laisse à désirer, nous avons pris un coup de jus en voulant allumer un néon d'une salle de bain.
La mer, certes belle mais il faut aimer les cailloux et attention aux oursins !
Enfin, clim défectueuse dans la chambre principale et distributeur d'eau non approvisionné le denier jour, dommage.

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation et voici quelques réponse point par point à vos remarques :

- Sécurité pour les enfants: Oui c’est exact il faut faire attention, c'est une maison largement ouverte sur la plage et la piscine et c'est pour cela qu'elle est agréable. Les photos de la villa sur Villanovo ne cache en rien la disposition de la piscine, de la terrasse... Donc vous avez raison il faut bien faire attention aux jeunes enfants.
- Problème d’électricité : Je regrette que vous ne m'ayez pas informé pendant le séjour. Nous sommes pas au courant du problème que vous avez eu.
- La climatisation dans la chambre principale est toute neuve. Je dois avouer que je ne comprend pas votre remarque.
- En ce qui concerne la fontaine d’eau, elle a été installée récemment. Nous offrons 3x20L donc 60 litres d’eau avec chaque location. Si vous souhaitiez plus d'eau vous aviez tout liberté d'en acheter par vous même bien sûr.

fabuleuse maison pour notre sejour avec des enfants et 3 bebes.
idéalement située, proximité commerces, bord de plage et très bien équipée
mention particulière pour le personnel, Natacha Nathalire et Lina d une très grande gentillesse , aux petits soins pour nous et les enfants.

Villanovo a été parfait toutes nos demandes ont reçues reponses
difficile de trouver des points négatifs
