Bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms in the villa, all overlooking the sea, each offering an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has A/C and a fan.
2 bedrooms are located in the tower next to the main villa, they have a circular feature and their own separate entrance.


Indoors

The living spaces are defined by a warm atmosphere and carefully curated décor. The TV lounge, fully equipped kitchen and veranda open widely onto the outdoors, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. offering an ideal layout for hosting multiple families or groups of friends while preserving everyone’s privacy.


Outdoors

The outdoor areas invite guests to fully enjoy the gentle Mauritian climate. The expansive landscaped garden slopes down to the water’s edge, offering an exceptional setting between river and lagoon.
The private slate swimming pool (8.4 x 4.2 m), secured with a child safety net, forms the heart of the outdoor spaces. Several lounge areas allow guests to relax facing the sea, while a Weber barbecue is available for enjoyable al fresco dining.


Staff and service

- John is the villa watchman and manager. He lives on the property in a separate area with his wife Priscilla who is in charge of preparing breakfast and lunch or dinner; she will propose typical Mauritian dishes. She serves the house daily from 8:30AM to 12:30PM and one hour in the afternoon.
- Siama, the housekeeper, has the same schedule as Priscilla except for Sundays & Holidays where only one person will be at the house.
- The villa has a 20kw generator and an osmosis filter guarantees good quality drinking water, warm or cold.
- Internet access, free of charge.


Location

Located just fifteen minutes from Plaisance International Airport, Villa Anse Fauverelle enjoys a privileged position at the mouth of the Rivière des Créoles, north of Mahébourg. Facing Lion Mountain and bordered by the lagoon, it offers a preserved natural environment ideal for relaxation and tranquillity.
Built on the remains of an 18th-century lime kiln, the property bears witness to the rich historical heritage of the region. Nearby, guests can discover the Mahébourg Naval Museum, the beaches of Pointe d’Esny and Blue Bay, the Vallée de Ferney nature reserve, or set out on excursions to the islets and reefs that make the south-east of Mauritius so renowned.
