Room, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors 

This air-conditioned house of 170m² can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, 3 toilets, an open-plan kitchen, a living & dining area and laundry facilities. 


Outdoors​ 

The villa takes place in a private compound in a privileged secluded & exclusive area.
You will enjoy the charming terrace with heatable pool and the direct access to the beach.
You will also have the chance to admire wonderful views of the sea and the 5 north islands.
The property features a parking.


Staff & Services

The price includes twice weekly cleaning, weekly garden maintenance, twice weekly pool cleaning and a concierge service.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating (on request - must be requested at least 4 days in advance).

The villa is ideally nestled on the secluded peninsula of Butte à l’herbe, North of Mauritius.


Note :

The villa is in a duplex building consisting of two villas. The second villa is sometimes occupied by the owners (mostly at weekends). The outside courtyard, as well as the beach, are common to both villas.
