Room, At apartment level. This bedroom has 3 single bed. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - 13m2 :
Room, At apartment level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Indoors

The villa features elegant contemporary architecture enhanced by refined interiors showcasing natural materials such as stone, wood, linen and polished concrete. Bright, open-plan living spaces create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.

The spacious 37 m² living room, equipped with satellite television, opens onto the impressive 70 m² veranda, a true extension of the house offering panoramic views over the lagoon. A fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with an additional refrigerator complete the property's facilities.


Outdoors

Completely surrounded by the lagoon, the villa enjoys an extraordinary natural setting where the sandy shoreline blends seamlessly into the sea. A 35 m² wooden deck extends over the water, providing the perfect spot to admire the sunset or enjoy al fresco dining with breathtaking views.

Beneath the shade of the filao trees, a large outdoor dining table invites guests to enjoy leisurely meals in a peaceful atmosphere. A large Weber barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, while an outdoor shower provides a refreshing rinse after swimming. The property is also equipped with a drinking water fountain and a backup generator ensuring an uninterrupted electricity supply.
 

Staff & Services

The house staff takes care of your daily comfort by preparing breakfast and lunch, providing housekeeping, laundry service and the general maintenance of the villa.

To further enhance your stay, a range of additional services can be arranged upon request, including a private chef, wine delivery, grocery shopping before or during your stay, and various concierge services.


Location

Located on a private islet connected to the mainland by a causeway, the villa enjoys a privileged setting just off Roches Noires, on the north-east coast of Mauritius. A true sanctuary in the heart of the lagoon, it offers spectacular views over the turquoise waters and the Northern Islands.

Swimming is particularly enjoyable thanks to a natural pool formed between the islet and the nearby rocky outcrops, while a small jetty provides direct access to deeper waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Just 30 minutes from Grand Baie and approximately 25 km from Port Louis, the villa offers the perfect balance between the tranquillity of an unspoilt natural environment and easy access to the restaurants, boutiques, golf courses and attractions of northern Mauritius.
