Beyond the superb walks that the Morne Brabant offers, this magnificent site in Mauritius is also appreciated for its large fine sandy beach that stretches for several kilometres at the foot of the mountain. Although it is not the largest beach on the island, many tourists and locals agree that it is among the most beautiful thanks to its postcard-like environment. The water is crystal clear and shallow at the beachfront, which is ideal for relaxing safely with children. It's also a great place to watch beautiful sunsets, where the shades of the sun are reflected in the water and colour the mountains.
You will also notice that the beach is divided into two parts, the northern part of the beach which is the favourite place for people looking to swim and relax on the sand, and the southern part of the beach which is more dedicated to water sports and which will delight lovers of water sports.

As mentioned above, the southern part of the Morne Brabant beach is ideal for water sports. At the same time, another way to discover Le Morne Brabant by sea is to organize a boat trip, ideal to discover all the treasures of the coast. You can thus discover Ile aux Bénitiers to the north of Le Morne which is an islet in the middle of the lagoon or the crystal rock.
