It can be secured on request (with a safety net). Outside, you’ll also find a separate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron. Finally, snorkelling and water sports enthusiasts will be in their element thanks to the beautiful, unspoilt lagoon. Just out front is a prime snorkelling spot, but there are four tides a day and it’s ideal at low tide because the fish come out easily. For longer swims, Bras d’Eau beach is brilliant – it’s uncrowded except on Sundays and is just 5 minutes away.

Location
Situated on the border between the North and East regions, the village of Poste Lafayette epitomises the island’s laid-back way of life. With its stunning natural surroundings, a white sandy beach stretching for hundreds of metres and breathtaking views of the lagoon, it is the perfect holiday destination for those seeking peace and relaxation. Caressed by the trade winds, the east coast is characterised by a gentle breeze that blows all year round… Hence the presence of numerous kitesurfers during the southern winter, particularly in July and August.
